Our very own future seer, Austin’s knack for looking for solutions that didn’t exist to other eyes makes him an indispensable part of the team. His proactiveness ensures that our pharmacies can do their work, their way. When he’s not looking ahead, you can catch him playing video games or pickleball.
Story: I started at PioneerRx in 2012 in hardware support, moved to SQL Server development, and now, 12 years later, I am a database administrator.
Fun Fact: I’ve been married to my wife, whom I met on the first day of high school, for 17 years

Not only does he contain exceptional technical prowess but his willingness to learn more and stay current with the latest advancements in database management makes him truly special. When he’s not finding a digital needle in the haystack, you can find him playing Mario Kart with his kids, who are starting to put up a good fight.
Story: I help convert customers to our Axys platform and I also help out with PrimeCare interface development.

Whether he’s helping convert 80+ customers or working after pharmacy hours to ensure successful implementations, he is always willing to do what’s best for the team. We’re all in this together, and few know that better than Greg.
When he turns his computer off for the day, he enjoys playing soccer and reading.
Story: I work as a Software Account Manager at PioneerRx, where I assist stores in navigating our software to optimize their workflow and reduce costs. Additionally, I am part of the Vendor Integrations team, where I set up and troubleshoot data feeds to our vendors, including robots, eMARs, and APIs.
Fun Fact: I love VR, and I'm constantly brainstorming ways to implement it in my daily life.

Jordan helps make the RedSail world go round. As a Software Account Manager for PioneerRx, he makes sure pharmacies are running as efficiently and effectively as possible, providing exceptional patient services while drawing a profit. Story: I am the HR Generalist for RedSail Technologies. Our team serves as a critical point of contact for employees and management, helping align HR strategies with the company's goals while fostering a culture of engagement and productivity.

Story: I am a Client Services Lead for NRx and Axys, troubleshooting escalated and urgent text email issues. Working in vaccing billing, I help pharmacy technicians with random issues. I enjoy working on Axys, which is the future of LTC software.
Fun Fact: I played college tennis and still can hold my own on the court.

Corey has shown great troubleshooting skills and multiple times fixing escalated text email issues. He has also been a big part of vaccine reporting, always willing to help techs and fix many random issues. He shows expert status in many subjects but has excelled in text email and SMP issues.
He makes a living out of troubleshooting urgent issues and finding solutions to problems at a moment’s notice. Known for his coolness under pressure, the ‘Tempo’ FORTE award is practically tailor-made for him.
When he’s not at work (or at the tennis court), he can be found fishing or playing sports with his son.
Story: As a seasoned web developer, I specialize in managing the Support Center application. I excel in bridging the gap between technology and internal customer satisfaction. Fun Fact: Over the past five years, I've transformed into an avid reader or rather listener, with my favorite books ranging from the captivating adventure of "Ready Player One" to the whimsical journey of "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" series, and the profound insights of "Meditations."

Story: I am a software developer with the goal of trying to make our users’ lives easier and their work more enjoyable.
